Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of online streaming and instant access content, purchases, rentals, subscriptions and pay-per-view access are generally non-refundable once access has been issued, activated, viewed or made available to the customer.
Refunds may only be considered where required by applicable law, where a duplicate payment was made, or where Africin confirms a platform-side technical fault that prevented access entirely. Refunds will not be issued for personal device issues, weak internet connection, unsupported browsers, low data, poor Wi-Fi, user error, or failure to meet the minimum streaming requirements.

Africin does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or perfect streaming on every device, network, browser or internet connection. Streaming quality depends on several factors including your device, browser, internet speed, Wi-Fi strength, mobile data stability, network congestion, operating system, and third-party service availability.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have a compatible device and a stable internet connection before purchasing or viewing content.

Any attempt to hack, bypass payment, bypass access controls, share login details, record protected content, scrape the website, interfere with the platform, reverse engineer systems, or gain unauthorised access is strictly prohibited.
